I was pretty outraged to learn that our Democratic governor and Legislature struck down the initiative I-960 requiring a two-thirds majority vote in the Legislature to raise taxes Will of the people often subjected to tinkering, page one, Feb. 25. I guess the will of the voters doesnt matter to them at all.
